Warranty

Applies to WARCAT smart litter boxes purchased from warcat.com or authorized retailers.

What's covered

Your WARCAT is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free of charge — including parts and labor.

• Motor, drive and gear assembly
• Sensors (weight, infrared, anti-pinch) and control board
• Power adapter and wiring
• Globe, base and waste-drawer mechanism

What's not covered

• Normal wear of consumables (carbon filters, liners)
• Accidental damage, misuse, or use outside the product guidelines
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function

How to make a claim

Reach out via our support page with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). Most claims are resolved within a couple of business days, and we cover shipping on warranty replacements.

Beyond two years

Replacement parts — globes, filters, drawers and more — remain available in our accessories shop, and our support team is here for the life of your machine.
