Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WARCAT website, store and app, and your purchase of WARCAT products. By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to order from us. By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate and the payment method is yours.
2. The product & the app
The WARCAT Smart Litter Box is an automatic, app-connected appliance. Some features (cleaning schedules, per-cat health tracking, alerts) require the free WARCAT app, a compatible phone and a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. We may improve or update the app over time.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are shown in your store's currency and may change at any time before you order. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock — and will refund you in full if we do. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure providers.
4. Shipping, returns & warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, your right to return by our Refund Policy and 90-night trial, and product defects by our 2-year warranty. Those policies form part of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse our site or app — no attempting to break, copy, reverse-engineer or disrupt them, and no using them for anything unlawful. The WARCAT is designed for domestic cats between 1 and 11 kg; use it as described in the guide and app for your cats' safety.
6. Intellectual property
The WARCAT name, logo, designs, software, text and images are owned by WARCAT or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
We stand firmly behind WARCAT, but to the extent the law allows, the site, app and products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those we state expressly and those you have by law. WARCAT assists with litter-box hygiene and health monitoring but is not a substitute for veterinary care.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WARCAT's total liability arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WARCAT operates, and any disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
