Refund Policy
We want you and your cats to love WARCAT. If you don't, returning it is simple and free.
The 90-night home trial
Try WARCAT for 90 nights from the day it arrives. If it's not right for your home, contact us within that window for a free return and a full refund of the product price — even if you've already set it up and used it. Give your cats at least two weeks to adjust before you decide; most settle in within a week.
How to start a return
Email care@warcat.com or use our contact page with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and simple repacking instructions — no need to find the original box if you no longer have it.
Refunds
Once your return is on its way back to us, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. We refund the full product price; your original order's shipping was free, so there's nothing deducted there.
Condition of returns
Please empty and wipe down the unit before returning it — that's all. Items should come back with the base, globe and drawer. Consumables that have been opened (filters, liners) aren't refundable on their own, but they're covered when you return a full kit within the trial.
Exchanges
Want a different color or to swap a bundle? Start a return and place a new order, or just ask us and we'll sort the difference.
Damaged or defective items
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us right away — we'll replace it or refund you, and your 2-year warranty covers defects well beyond the trial.
