How it works

  • Buy and set up your WARCAT as normal.
  • Try it for up to 90 nights from the delivery date.
  • Love it? Do nothing — you're all set.
  • Not for you? Contact our care team and we'll arrange a free return pickup and a full refund.

The fine print (the fair kind)

  • Available on WARCAT smart litter boxes purchased directly from warcat.com.
  • One trial per household. We just ask that the box is returned in usable condition (normal use is completely fine — your cats are supposed to use it!).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received.
  • Consumable accessories (liners, filters) aren't included in the trial once opened.
