Here's exactly what to expect when your WARCAT is on its way.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day. You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking the moment your order ships.
Shipping methods & times
- Free 2-day shipping on every order within the contiguous US — no minimum.
- Alaska, Hawaii and US territories typically arrive in 4–7 business days.
- Accessories and refills ship the same way and often arrive alongside your box.
Shipping costs
Standard 2-day shipping is free. Any expedited or remote-area surcharge, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. Follow the link in your shipping email, or find it under your account's order history at any time.
International shipping
We're expanding fast. If checkout offers shipping to your country, any duties or import taxes are calculated and shown before you pay. If we don't ship to you yet, join our list and we'll let you know when we do.
Delays & lost packages
Carriers occasionally run late in peak periods or bad weather. If your tracking hasn't moved in 3 business days, or a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll chase it down or send a replacement.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, though we'll always try to help recover them.
